If you want perfomance reliability and possibly racong too. Id go for the newest you can afford. R1v1 or v2 if possible. From all of them they have the more stable flight characteristics. The chrono v1 has a lot of grunt but lacks the finesse of the full racing kites. And dont be put off by the term race kite....they are surprisingly easy to fly.

Agree, anyone new to foils who wants a top performing kite would be really happy with a Sonic2, but he specified Ozone so...

Thanks for all of the input so far...
I'm realizing that I'm going to have to open up my search criteria to include other brands.
The Sonic 2 does look good I just don't have the budget to buy brand new kites at the moment.
At this point it looks like the Diablo V1 and Sonic 1 are going to be good options. Thoughts?

11m is my fave. But 15 is so so so good in low winds.
