Tuttle to 4 bolt adapter

I need to mount my Sword 2 to a Nobile split board so I can travel. Does any one know where I can get an adapter.

A 4 bolt would be outside the tuttle so they can co-exist if you feel like it. just curious why not route out the 4 bolt attachments put down some 1/4 aluminum with the bolt cutouts and glass it in? then you wouldn't need a plate and can easily switch between the two. I've never heard of an adapter.
