Nobile introduced their first Hydrofoil Split Board in 2017. The only thing I would add to the board is the option for a single front strap or foot hook. I even e-mailed the company encouraging them to add it on in 2018. Unfortunately it looks like they didn't feel it was important. I ride the Nobile Carbon Split surf board and it's a great board for travelling and small to medium surf.
Oh well maybe in 2019.

I have the 2017 Nobile foil board and really like it. I always ride strapless, even when riding without the foil so the straps don't matter much. I will get the new 2018 board and someday try strapped without the foil on a real gusty day when I struggle with the foil.
I use a Ketos foil and a carbon KF-BOX adaptor. I would like them to add a KF-BOX, anyone know how to get someone to add one to the board?

From that image it looks like the front straps will go across the front and back half of the board. I would think this will make it a bit annoying to pack up....well for me anyway as I seperate the front and back to fit it in my car to and from the beach.

Not sure that the board thickness (1/2 inch ?) and material (TT technology ?) allows it .... just my 2 cents....

Make your own adapter.
Wood strip. Attach across the board to the front footstrap holes and then bolt the front of your footstrap into the strip in the middle. Try it and then get a aluminium template cut to match if you like it.

I also have the 2017 and really love it , both with the foil and as a surfboard. On the surface this board looks identical except for the colors of the deck pad. I also ride only strapless and I use this for air travel so I use the Nobile Inspector Gadget Foil setup.

Now that this board has been for a while in the market I was wondering if any of you have a bit more feedback on how it performs without the foil, specially in waves.
Is there a huge difference between this board and the Infinity split board when it comes to waves?
Thanks!

I've had this board and still think it's super fun, both as a strapless foilboard and as a surfboard. I'm riding strapless with Moses 101 590/330 combo, works great. Here's a surfboard shot.
