I got 5.5m V7 Kahoona last year for higher winds foiling and I tried to foil under my 11.5m V6 Kahoona.
Both SUCKED! Crappy drift, heavy turns, slacking lines and then shooting through the wind window.
They worked great for high winds and jumping but foiling sucked terribly.

Kahoona is a really low-performance kite in general, I'd recommend trying one before buying even if it's a good deal because you might hate it. Personally I'd look elsewhere.

Kahoona isn't great for foiling. Best Cabo is a very nice foiling kite in smaller sizes.
