I'm curious about the market for people who want a race ready aluminum foil vs either more expensive full carbon new foils or older used carbon race foils that would be cheaper than a new aluminum foil. Granted 35/38 kts is pretty fast!

Yeah, that is a strange market to go after. Is it actually for racing (max VMG upwind/downwind), or just for speed (top speed in a straight line, not necessarily hardest upwind/downwind)? It doesn't say anything about racing in the literature. It is a damn good deal though for a fast foil!

13mm thick for the strut is very thin. Isn't that the approximate thickness of race carbon struts? It seems like an aluminum strut to be thicker than a carbon strut, no matter how it was designed because carbon is WAY stiffer than aluminum.

Zeeko is the only company I've seen who posts top speeds for their foils. I'm not sure how to take those numbers. I know on something like an LF Foil Fish or a Cabrinha foil there is a top speed where you kinda hit a wall, but on most higher end foils it only seems to be limited by how much power you can put into it and how brave you are.

13mm is pretty much the standard now on Alu Masts. The OEM mast that Axis, Naish, RRD, Takuma etc use is 13mm and stiffer than even some Carbon masts on the market.

Between 18 and 11mm. For example the new Z-Foil is 11.9mm at its thinnest section and 18mm at its thickest. Most well designed masts taper down to the fuselage connection point to keep max strength at the top and minimum drag under the water.
