For those looking to buy a foil and board, There have been some terrific buys on the used market recently.
Spots 2 with board for about $900 to 1200USD.
Not much more than a China knock off plus cost of a board.

Yeah I tried to sell my spotz2 with really nice Delta board for $1200 and slowly dropped price over a few months. Finally sold for $950.
On the low end of the market though, if you bought a complete LF fish foil for $900 complete new a year ago, you could probably still sell it today for $600 or $700 with the steady stream of people wanting beginner foils.

Not selling my Spotz 2. Like it a lot. It does everything that I want it to do. Eventually, we all change our gear though.
It was just that I realized one could get a nice foil set up for much less than one new kite, never mind a new foil kite.

Only if the buyer is uninformed!
There are SO many better KBHFs to both learn AND progress with than the P O S funny fish (NOW DISCONTINUED, CLUE!) KBHF!
Buyer beware of such outdated non R+D attempt to (CASH IN ON IGNORANCE) as L F did and is doing?

Haha, I have bad news for you. They still make it!!!
http://liquidforcekites.com/product/foi ... t-foil-v2/ At lest I think it's pretty much the same.
I know people who have owned it and were happy. I don't like it. Too slow, vibrates, board too flat. It was cheap though!

There's guys riding the Lf and foil fish board here. They are having fun. They can't afford anything else, so more power to them for doing it on a budget, I say.
Granted, it's what you are used to. One of these guys tried my Moses Fluente with 548 wing. He came in and said it was so fast, fun and smooth and he thought he had a concussion from crashing at 40km/hr. ( smiling).
