Some googling about moth foils.
There are three main sections in use by the moth fleet.
The NACA 63412 is the section originally used by John Ilett on his foils and was the main foil in use until the Bladerider.
The Bladerider uses a custom section designed by Andrew McDougall, which has not been released.
The other section that is in used by the Axiom in the UK is the Tom Speer H105 section.
The hydrofoiling C class cat "Off Yer Rocker" used a modified Selig 3010

The h105 applications I have seen (moth etc) are typically higher AR than most kite foil wings...

Remember, Moths have flaps controlled by a wand so their foil designs are not that relevant IMO.

I'm really curious how much the profile effects the performance. There seems to be significant differences between foils that all work well.
What I'm looking for is advice on foil profile that is proven to work well as recreational Freeriding wing.

Found out that I have printed by mistake the wrong files for the second wing set. Not all off them luckily.

The correct files are another 62 hours, 46 to go. There are days I hate that shit big time. This is one of them.

On the other hand, this is the first time I print with dampers, printer - desk, made out of squash ball, the ones with the yellow point.
This is preventing the printer from slingering. There are a lot of discussions if the better choise is to screwl the printer on the table
or work with a damper system.

The difference on surface quality is breath taking. Its flat, shinny, no ghosting at all, I have never seen such a quality before.

So what is the lesson I have learned, mark every thing you did, or the sky will fall on your head.

What print speed are you using? I printed the spitfire from 3dlabprint and it took a while to get that to print well. Its very difficult since its a 1 perimeter outside to keep it light enough to fly.

5200mm/min in S3D.

All this has a super steep learning courve.

Hell that is slow. It would take me ages to get my stuff printed. What printer are you using ? Did you ever made tests what your printer can handle?

Your 5200mm/min is 86mm/s and I actually use 60mm/s so not so different. I can go faster without much effect but never found the need until now. Most big prints I have done for the rc plane I let run overnight so doesn't bother to be any faster. Those thin walled plane parts are really really picky as it will fall apart with only 1 perimeter if its not perfect. Some really good tips here for quality. https://3dlabprint.com/faq/
