I had a problem with a wave board that I had bought from Zeeko. I took pictures of the damaged board and sent to NIcholas and explained the circumstances, not sure of what to expect. Today I received a brand new shiny replacement board from Zeeko. So I am one happy customer, thanks to Nicholas and Marie, who has always replied to my emails.
We read frequently of the lack of good after sales support from different brands. I am wondering if there are any other brands who stand behind their products the way Zeeko does?

I had a Sroka foil board replaced in a similar way to what you described.

I had the complete opposite experience. The board broke on the 4 insert screws where the plate attaches to the board (I think most of the Zeeko wave boards have broken on the exact same place) during normal use after only a couple of months. I emailed them showing them the damage and sending pictures of the foil and they claimed that I hit the foil with something and sanded it away... just a ridiculous excuse to get rid of another board replacement.
Zeeko - Great foils, really crap boards (over here every person who got a wave board has had issues with it in less than a year, around 5 boards total now). So stick with the foils only. Or better, buy from a company that treats its customers right.

Moses has been quite good. I broke a mast, replaced no questions. Had an issue with a board that was discontinued and they gave me credit toward a new one. I do think there is advantage in dealing with larger companies.

Yeah, I won't be getting involved with companies like Spotz any time soon.
My shark mast failed, I had problems from the start and they assured me nothing would go wrong. It is now unusable and the company has closed up shop. With a baby on the way there is no way I can afford to replace my foil for a very long time.

We have been dealing with Zeeko since 2009, and that is mainly due to their quick and timely action in sorting out any issues beit warranty transport or anything else. Sure we would love to speed delays up by not having a 9 hour time difference, but I’m yet to convince Nico to bring Zeeko and his team to Australia.

It's great to hear that they took care of you. I love my Zeeko Spitfire in fact I own 2 of them. Unfortunately I cant say the same about my Airwave 5'2. The board is really poor quality, with very little use it has delamination and water intrusion issues on the bottom and issues with foil and footstap inserts.

I buy Zeeko boards for my foils. I buy and use other brand dedicated surfboards and even break them on occasion. I have Zeeko Airrace, pocket and Mini pocket. I have had a few of each as I upgrade them to newer models. Work great for foil. Super light perfect shapes. I stripped one thread on previous board after a couple of seasons. Didn’t like it but fixable. They have channels boxes now so not an issue.

Tone, it's not the best solution for sure but you can get a new mast for your shark here :

It's a local kiteshop who bought Spotz leftover stock at an auction.

I had great a experience with TAAROA customer support. I had a problem with a board and they sent a new one.
