Apologies in advance if this has been covered many times already.

I'm up to approx 10 sessions so far on the Hoverglide (solo mast), I can manage super long runs without issues but I have no clue on how to do transitions !

I come from strapless surfboard and I thought I would progress quickly but this is completely different.

I would ideally like to do transitions from heel side to toe side then carve back to heel side as I believe this would be the easiest ? I know that the key is to commit to the transition but everything is happening so fast and I have to keep the foil flying....

I'm so focused on where my feet are on the foil to keep it going (no straps btw) that I cannot imagine moving the feet much for transitions....

Any tips highly appreciated !
Have you seen these tutorial videos? https://www.youtube.com/foilingbasics

Start with a touchdown gybe first.
