Basic nooby question.
I have an old twin tip that I'm considering bolting a foil to.
Is there any reason why this wouldn't work/ shouldn't be done? It's 138 x 41
I've never ridden a foil.

It is a bit difficult to learn to ride a TT hydrofoil as board is small.
Another issue could be, that it almost (or do) sinks, at least if a heavy alufoil.
Even if it does not sink, but almost, it can be difficult to spot on the watersurface.
Thirdly, it will most likely be too soft and flex, so not that good for hydrofoiling.
Yes it can work and has been done !
Would not recommend it though...
