Hi guys,

I am looking for the ultimate foil spot for Xmas.
Steady 15-25knots, flat flat flat
Was looking at Long bay beaching Turks & Caïcos but i want tasty on the spot and it looks very expensive...

Any thoughts? I will be flying from Europe

Thanks

Frank

My Christmas and New year holiday is booked,
3 weeks at Fuerterventura, you want flat water? Matas bay.
But Flag can offer all water conditions and there's much more going on and more to see and do,
I have had 5 holidays over there in the last 7 months, I can only remember 1 day when I did not get out, and that was because the wind was too much,
O and another day when I just needed a break.

looks warm enough for me.
I know the wind is on the light side but not a prob for me foiling or for my 35kg kid

But is it deep enough? Or only high tide?

Foil,

I guess you pay for the rescue service at Matas Bay? It's side off.
And you have a car to get from Corralejo? It's 90 min drive, perhaps you are staying closer to Matas?

Yes, it's 50 euros for 12 months cover or 3 rescues (which ever comes first)
And we hire a car , it is with noting that a Citroen C4 Cactus in low season costs only 74 euro/week booked on line, no extras!
A few weeks back we hired a big 9 seater Citroen grand picasso for 2 weeks for only 173 euro all in (Auto Risen)
I believe a car is a must have, as the island is massive and there are so many beaches you can sail from, this will confirm that the best beach is Flag Beach,
But sometimes you can get wind at one location when there is much less at another.
