So I also use it with the takuma SUP foil and that's quite a hefty unit with that attached to the quatro it remains on the surface but I still always use a leash to be on the safe side

Not really, only small stuff. Although the forecast looks good here for the next few days so hopefully soon. With a bit of luck a video will follow.
