Thank you for the hydrofoil recommendation. Any recommendation on board. I am an old guy (51), for me it is all about big air, the board needs to be light and stiff. I am not worried about spending for quality.

You got a year on me. We are both old guys. I prefer a board with volume in carbon...stiff as hell and bullet proof...with low wind and surface forgiveness....along with some volume if you push it as there will be self rescues.
Race shape (but not race dimensions) gives you some volume up front but narrow hips for more extreme up wind angles. Mine has carbon reinforcement beams on the tracks and under the heels.
