Small board for Spotz Tuna

I’m needing to get hold of a travel board for my Spotz Tuna but finding it hard to track one down with the track or attachment far enough forward. I have the original and have built a Tuttle to track socket, but it looks like boards such as the Dwarfcraft etc have the tracks under the rear foot, as oppose to being behind such as Spotz is designed. Does anyone use any of the ‘off the shelf’ boards and how do they ride with the Tuna? Any intel appreciated. Cheers!

Hmmm, I can not point at particular boards, but by far most boards/hydrofoils are like the Spotz, where you got your rear foot behind the mast and not over, if normal stance, so there should be some out there with sufficient distance

Take the Zeeko Pocket where the tracks are in front of the rear foot:




or the Moses T40 even without tracks rear foot quite far behind mast:




And here is the Spotz Tuna, seems to be about the same position as other boards:




So eventhough Tuna a tad more forward yes, it should be possible to find many standard boards IMO, that will fit

Zeeko, Moses, Naish Hover boards, Mantafoils, LF boards, F-One and so on.

It is really easy to find boards with mast tracks quite forward, as this is the most used setup.
The difficulty comes when you want a small pocket board, as some (like the Zeeko) are forward just fine, others choose to put them rear just to be certain you can always put your front foot back - whereas if too far forward it wont work well with a supershort board

The T40 set-up certainly sits the same so gives me some confidence. I’ve also seen that the Naish Hover 130 appears to have the most forward tracks so I’ll let you know how I get on.
