Can't really compare with other brands or models, but I'm pretty happy with the Zeeko Notus Air 12m. Seems to hang in the air pretty well in the light stuff and is pretty nimble and precise to fly. I had a 12m Enduro v1 prior to that, and while I enjoyed it too, the Notus Air seems to fit the bill better for my program. Mostly light days foiling before I can use a 9m, but I've also had VERY nice sessions on it on a surfboard in waves or TT on flat when conditions called for it.
My only concern would possibly be the water relaunch, but so far in about 15 times I've used it, I never got it wet. That'll come this summer when I push the low wind threshold, I'm sure!

There's definitely some canopy flapping at some angles when depowered but I think it's actually a good thing, once you're used to it, allowing to slow down the kite through the window, and prevent overshooting.
