I'm headed to Tulum in January staying at Posada Margherita and was wondering if Tulum is deep enough for foiling? Thanks.

We went to Tulum in January and stayed at the Dreams hotel which is not good for foiling or twin tipping come to think of it .
We got a taxi to extreme control Kitesurf on Tulum beach.
The guys there where great , the water goes deep fairly quickly . While we where there there was enough wind for a 12m inflatable and a foil board .
There was also a fair size swell coming in .
Not sure how far this is from where you are staying .

Had some amazing if a little scary wavefoiling near Tulum. The water is stunning.
I'm based at Isla Holbox about 3hour from Tulum. We get exceptional foiling conditions between November and end of May with a chance during June and July also.
Give us a shout if you're heading our way.
We offer foil lessons and rentals if needed.
Cheers
Jonny
