I love the board but just ran into an issue you may want to check. I was removing the mast for a trip and the bolts are seized in the track. I'm guessing they used aluminum. I finally removed 2 and had to drill out the other 2. They were only in there for a month. I replaced them with brass ones from an old LF board. Anyone else have this issue? Consider this an alert in the event you're traveling or need to move the mast on your GS. Cheers.

The ones that came with my board ( in Aug) are stainless hex head bolts with brass sliders

Use grease/anti-seize!
Prevents
Corrosion
Seizing
Galling
Also reduces wear on tools and bolt heads etc., you don’t have to torque it as hard.
tefgel, lanolin, trailer bearing grease, anything beats nothing!

mine came with brass and stainless fittings back in April.
I sent an email 4 weeks later asking for another set of fixings to safeguard in case of loss.
over 6 months later I am still waiting for a reply!
no matter now as I have sold my groove to Wayne, who promptly lost 2 of the bolts with the brass T nuts in place.
He phoned me knowing I always buy spares, but for once I did not have any, he quickly sourced some from Ebay.
apparently they are the same T nuts used to secure many windsurfer mast bases.

mine were slightly wider as I gave them away with my Slingshot Alien Air and wanted to keep the brass SS ones - but Groove nuts didn´t fit the SS tracks

I had the same issue and reported this back to them. As a replacement I got shiny brass ones in return, they work perfect. The aluminium ones you can throw away. I think all new boards come with brass nuts delivered. Was in my case with my race board from groove.

My only issue has been (still) waiting for my board to show up, but that was expected from the get go. Figure about 2 months from order to delivery. According to my tracking # mine has been (and is still) sitting at a Poste Italiane shipping depot in Milan for over a week awaiting its delivery to the US......shipping taking as long as build time....

That might be 'code' for in customs. I get the same (reversed) whenever I import stuff from the US.

Makes sense, though I’ve purchased lots of stuff from EU locations and don’t remember this much time getting stuck in customs
