You can learn on Fish/Rocket/Thruster but these are rather outdated than beginner wings. My friends rode those and progressed really well. Still those are outdated wings.
Get the impulse for freeride instead. Or Slingshot 65/68/76. Or Moses/Slingshot 633

If you plan to focus on race I suggest you don’t get used to comfort or early-planing, lowspeed-capable wing and struggle through having to go fast before you can get onto the wing and for that get smaller/racy wing like Moses 558 before switching to a proper race wing.
