Part way into a board build to make a split, convertible surf/foil board.
Went to Brazil for 2 weeks with foil board and surfboard. Didn't touch the surfboard.

Now I will reshape the blank to a pocket, possibly removable nose, strapless foil board for travelling...

Convertibles
All you'll need

All boards hand made in USA near Seattle Washington using materials found in the aerospace industry
Basalt is used to make many of the bumpers for Tesla (Seattle) vehicles

Spacestick is using Basalt for the cloth/glass in their boards

Super fun to kite and surf
CushTech Airskin (TM) outer shell
Silent glide no chatter

Modern Fish shape
Great all around for waves shoulder and above

Tri fin or Five Fin option
5'3" x 20.5 x 2.0

Below shoulder high?
Attach foil to the carbon fiber baseplate (CushTech skin surround)
Spriral V out the tail frees it up for tight turns on a foil
Carbon fiber and basalt baseplate for foil attachment
