Love foils. No pumping and great in our local light winds. So I just got a used 15 m speed 3 in great condition to compliment my 21 m. On the wing tip is this cryptic 15m = 21m with diagrams of various kite profiles. I suspect the message is that my 15 m foil is supposedly equivalent to a 21 m tube kite. Looked in the manual, no explanation. Any one know what this is supposed to mean. Any one from Flysurer watching to chirp in with the answer.

Yes, I think that's the idea, based on projected area for that year of C-kites... maybe.
For me it's more like "15m = 17m - 20kg"...
