Benoit just sent me this report on his Hydrofoil, that I translate as follows :
"Dream session with the 15m on St Jean lake that need 1 knot to fly .. one 360 loop, and go for a wonderful ride, I go upwind rapidly I ride very fast! 3.5 hours .magic "

Personal note : "1 knot" is maybe subjective , I would say 3 knots for MY wind references for my 12m

Hey what's the deal with exaggerating what low wind speed a kite can fly in ???....and that from the man itself who designs ,builds, and test rides it

3 knots is reasonable since the kite is super light but 1 knot is beyond subjective.. it is bs..so why would he say that ?...we see his excitement from his pride and joy..but isn't that false publicity ?

It won't fly in less wind than your 12 but it will have more power for sure to get you going easier and faster in very light winds that you take your 12 in right now

A medium size 15 sqm very light weight ram air with 30m distance from bar to kite on a foilboard at his weight and experience will require a 5-8 kn wind (avg 6.5 kn) at kite height to do what he did

I think he means by fly in 1 knot as in actively fly in 1 knot. You can't park a kite like that at the edge in 1 knot, only single skins have a hope at that. Most light wind foils can be flown actively down to 2-3 knots.

I have received the15m Pulsion light cloth. I asked Benoit to test also light cloth on all cloth including cells separations.
I put it on my scale and got a good and amazing surprise : 1890 grams.

Standard cloth cells separation should only had 100/150 grams anyway. Good sign for marginal winds since it is to my knowledge the ligthest kite on the market, none being below 2kg.

That is amazing. Even for a 12m, but it is a 15m.

yes "all inclusive" , excluding liquids : -).
2,100 kg with standard cells separation. Still amazing.
Not tested, since no adapted conditions to test for now, sad wet rain ...
