Hi, could anybody share any recent experience buying direct from Pansh site?
Are they functioning as they say? Do they send their products by known couriers such DHL or Fedex? Delivery times? Any extra cost at receiving? Anyone buying from south america?
Thanks a lot

order kite online - 10 days later kite arrives- nice small package from DHL but smelling of tobacco and cigar smoke like its was stored in a bar- take nice and shiny kite out for test flight- oh but wait kite falls out of the sky for no reason- no wait kite bridles mismatched oh wait kite has low power for its size and so on and so on -contact pansh no answr for weeks-file claim and return kite through PayPal- wasted money.

Have 13 pansh kites. All arrived quickly and all but one flew out of the bag. That one needed a bit of bridle work and then flew fine.
Their communication is far from their stong point. The kites are great value.

You can get a dud like windrider did, I know because I have the same one he most complained about. You can fix them though!. Their delivery and manufacture times are very fast. Their communication is very poor. Generally their kites are quite good, most talk about altering them is only to improve them more. Their build quality and design is not the best, not a Flysurfer or Ozone, but they are not that far off them either, especially after a few tweaks.
