You don't see performance-oriented aircraft with soft structures in other areas of flight. Birds, wasps, stunt kites, fighter jets and passenger aircraft are all rigid. Likewise, you should not expect performance kites to be soft.

North foil kite designed by Kari Eisenhut. Nice guy met him at the hydrofoil protour Rockingham and after around Perth for a month or so where he was riding and testing the design racing, although it's more of a Freeride kite. The guy that designed the north clicker bar was racing in Rockingham using the clicker bar and liked it but I can't remember if Kari used a race trim or clicker.

It is probably an Advance kite design, a few people on the HFPT used them last season. North probably made the price tag and the graphics so it will be double cool and double price awesomerness

Not sure its primarily designed for snow kiting. So unlikily to take that into account.

Maybe they dont know pansh exist? No one at my local kiteboarding spot had ever heard of them.

Crap on the beach gets stuck in the mesh, can't preinflate easily, can't pull the guts out to fix...Isn't that enough?

Why are you laying the kite on its leading edge to get stuff stuck in it?
Pull guts out by the deflate.
Whats the issue with pre inflation? Ive never pre inflated and never had an issue on launch.
Nothing wrong with mesh over the intakes, gives the kite nice clean lines with it also being able to be structural to spread tension.
