Chrono V2 Unhooked??

Currently enjoying / getting used to my new Chrono V2 13m which I'm using for light wind - finding I can get going from about 8knots with my normal board and stay upwind so a good result, with weirdly (for a C kite user) floaty jumps from about 10-11 knots. Wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what it's like unhooked? I'm a bit scared to try in case it either stalls, pulls my arms off or folds up or something...!
Cheers,
Andrew

Well that was super helpful! I tried it today and it seems to be really nice unhooked - super stable, as with normal jumps there is more air time than with an LEI. All good basically...!

Haha!! Guess the lack of response to your OP means there aren't many Chrono 2 users with brass b***s like yours, Andrew!! :thumb: For what it's worth, I enjoyed reading your posts. You've planted the seed for my unhooking during my next light wind foil kite session.

Always glad to please....incidentally following on from my earlier question about normal vs ultralight I have to say for kitesurfing I can't really imagine needing the ultralight, since the standard version flies perfectly in winds that are much too low to kitesurf in.

Hi Andylc – I saw your question regarding “normal vs ultralight”based on your weight the normal Chrono should be fine.
