I have a Hyperlink UL 9m. 30+ sessions. It has never over flown, nor shows any tendency to.

All kites overfly. Foil kites overfly more because of inertia and efficient profile which also gives their good qualities. There is no way I would believe the hyperlink doesn't overfly.

32+ sessions, has not overflown or shown any tendency. Standing on beach, still in water or flying under it light conditions.
It will collapse if you follow it in light wind, not overfly.
Real life experience.

Try going out in wind changing direction regularly by 45 to 90 degrees or ride 15knots at the kite on the window edge down a wave in 10knot of wind. Everything over flys. There is some LEIs that are very hard to overfly. I don't like them as you can't slack the lines on waves. They are always pulling so annoying.

Very nice Hyperlink 5 session today in 2' waves. Started 18g20 knots picking up to 21g24. Plenty of power and never overpowered on 20 meter lines. The 7 would have also worked.
