Hey....1-2 knots ( average 1.5 kn ) not possible
Now 2-4 knots ( average 3 knots ) that is possible.....that's 4 times stronger ...and that's the reason your 1-2 is bull
You just don't have the experience of winds speed (yet) ....so give it some more time
I understand there may be hope for you
In the meantime enjoy your own BS & TP

Ok guys I've made the following changes. All knots in a row as per manufacturers instructions apart from Z which has been extended 4cm. Here are two vids of it flying in 7-8kts ish. Any further tuning required?

4cm for Z sounds like less than what you had set before. It should be 4xB, B looked 1.5cm, so 6cm, but I am guessing. Important thing is you play with the length till you are happy. Kite looks fine in first vid, length of Z seems conservative. Second vid tip collapses a bit, may be light wind, but bridle at tip LE looks too tight. I would guess that is a B bridle. You could try extending it and or shortening the bridle more to the middle cord which should be C. If you have LCLs just wrap some loops around them, if not well maybe too hard.

Just extend Z more like foilholio says
It is The Fix and it has "same effect" than adjusting A-B
Brakes are still perhaps a bit too tight, aren't them, foilholio?
"Same effect"
Serious advice to Nash556: Don't follow foolish advice you can get here. Then you can save your time and nerves. Just learn the basics of kites and use your own brain.
