Interesting about gong g10 wing. At 169 euros, which includes vat and shipping, that's getting towards the price of making one yourself.

I got my G10 here http://www.professionalplastics.com/G10FR4SHEET
Not cheap ... ended up being $130cdn per wing set, though less material needed for canard shape.

Thanks. What thickness and dimensions did you go if you remember? The new zeeko spitfire xlw wings are $660 cdn so I'm considering making my own larger set.

From first post: 3/8" thick (10mm), 24" width, will cut length to suit. 12"x24" was enough to make front and rear wing set.

Added to this, experience in making canard/spitfire imitations. I took a template from spitfire wings, enlarged smaller front one to be 10% bigger and rear wing to be 20% larger. I don't know how this compares to the XLW wings. My goal was to get lighter wind lift and slower performance. But I haven't used real spitfire, so can't compare. The only negative was that the rear foot bias was really strong, took a lot of effort to stay on foil. I suspect balance not quite right. I can send my template if you pm me your email. It will take less than 12x24 -- or with 12x24 you can make an extra front wing.
