I came this design for a home build CNC that is really well thought through and designed around it being made in a home workshop without precision tools. They have open sourced all the hardware designs too !

I think the ones you mentioned are all solely commercial products. The Goodenoughcnc is completely opensource (hardware and software) so you can built it from scratch and customize it. There are a lot of designs out there but this one stood out for me because the design assumes you don't have precision tools to drill and mill so builds adjusters into it.
