I know know that Siemens is producing power mills like that. Masts are not thick enough for this process. You will end with all kind of waste in the mast that can not be removed. Plastic bag, flow media. It will add weight to your part, you loose thickness.
There is no practical solution to infuse the resin is such a small part. Or the better explanation, too much hassle for no or little profit, if it can be done at all, I have serious doubts.
My idea is different, I have already a name for it SID, shot in the dark. In early spring I should have the first mast finished.
The method is simple, wrap the mast core in carbon, carefully handling it to stay in position (spray a glue if needed). Than put everything in a vacuum bag, as you would for vacuuming, adding a flow mesh, spiral tube, etc.
This is obviously very simplified. Kosta, your thoughts?

Yes this is a good plan. Some suggestions you might find helpfull. I would use nylon fly fense as flow media. We can buy this here in our drug store. You need 4 layers if it is the thin material. Don't cover the complete mast but stop 20mm before the end / width of the mast. On the side where the the air is pulled out, cover the tube with stripes of toilet paper, 20 mm wide and every 10cm . This stripes should not touch the flow media, but the carbon, you can fix all this with very small stripes of duct tape You must buy hole foil for infusion, plastik foil for infusion and peel ply. Avoid large wrinkels in the hole foil. Don't put your epoxy in a high bottle for infusion, it will react and cook. I use milk carton, the ones made out of paper, the inside is covered with aluminum. You must be ready to put something under you milk carton to flip it on the edge before the resin ends. Rule of thumb - 50% mixed epoxy / weight ratio carbon. Some will be left in the tube, peel ply, flow media. Its cool to have a buddy in the workshop, mixing epoxy or opening a bootle of beer
