Hello,
We put lots of work into this film as a team going out of our way to stay late or go early for the lighting, hauling the equipment around and pushing ourselves when the conditions weren't just perfect. I hope it has a little something for every kiter to enjoy. We've been pushing the limits of the Canon and Gopro cameras in the extreme weather and have learned much about keeping your camera ready for a shot. I even had my buddy flying me around in a Cessna airplane for those few shots at the beginning. I thought the window was going to rip off when I oppend it! When we were deep into the wilderness I often just took my camera with no tripod hence some shaky shots are mixed in there.
Listen to it, I worked on the sound effects side of things. Nothing amazing, but I tried to add a little something to the transitisons from this song to that song and so on.
My fingers have been frozen to my camera every session for 2 months so take a second and check it out and give me a little feedback please. If you like it give it a share here and there.

Cheers,
Will Taggart

Holy Cr@p, that is simply amazing.
Wayne and Chas - it's been years, but you may remember me from a few early snowkite sessions in the Jackson area in the 2003-6 timeframe (back in the day) with Mike M.
I am astounded, impressed, and blown away by what you both (and Will and Pascal, who I've not met) and your crew have accomplished in snow kiting - both in terms of kiting and filmmaking. Absolutely top-notch, all the way around.
The film has so much attention to detail, the shots are fantastic, the editing is superb, the sound is awesome. To me, this is snowkiting's "Art of Flight" moment when it all goes to the next level. I am going to send this to a lot of people to show them how far the sport has come.
Honored to know some of you and keep 'em coming!

Hi Hank,
Good to hear from you. I totally remember snow kiting at Slide Lake with you and Mike and trying to kitesurf on Jackson Lake right in front of the dam in 2004!Still flying those FlySurfers? The local crew has gotten bigger and we have figured out more cool spots to kite. You can check them out on Vimeo:

Anytime you are in town and want to kite, just give us a call. South Padre Island isn't too far from you is it?
Cheers
Chaz
