Carson Pass, California, the highest year-round snowplowed pass over the Sierra.

This is on the southwest face of 10,063 ft Red Lake Peak.
Here's a map of the area:

After launching, the terrain is open heading north, with a couple of small bowls good for practice before hitting this big one (700 ft+ vertical) a half mile in (the red boxes are one mile wide). You can go farther north onto the west face of Red Lake Peak and beyond as well.
