Hello All,
Can you guys please direct me to some good beaches near CT, NY/Long Island where I can go kiting with my land board?
Obviously need some hard sand where the there is a high tidal span.
Please help as I love this sport and finding it hard to get the right spot.

Hi Josh,
Tough on Long Island - I have used my buggy in some of the larger parks on fields. Jersey shore is better. And btw, I am selling my Peter Lynn buggy and a few kites if you are interested.

i used to be a landboarder for many years mostly riding in queens or Brooklyn beaches . some that come to mind are jones beach past field 6, coney island beach , plumb beach (small) and rockaway beach below the 70's. now offcourse this is in the offseason or after 6pm when the beach is mostly empty. there are a few guys on powerkiteforum. com. u can reach out on there.
