Snowkiting on the Great Lakes in Michigan

Postby mishwatersports » Fri Jan 19, 2018 7:49 pm

The great lakes are an awesome spot to snowkite! Once the lakes freeze over, some of the more protected bays offer smooth ice conditions, which cover with snow and provide an excellent spot to kite, with a huge open expanse snow and consistent wind conditions. Little Bay de Noc on the Northern shores of Lake Michigan is an ideal spot. Come join us for a session! If you know of anyone who wants to learn to kite, we'd be pumped to get them out on the snow!
