You could use mine if I had one but I only own and fly foils did we meet the other day on lake dillon? I was on a 15m foil roaming around in not much wind. Snow on the lake should be good after this storm passes.
Agreed. I used the WMFG style pump (same pump but Slingshot branded) last week in sub zero temps and it was awesome! I'll never travel to snow with the old style pump again. In cold weather the older pumps seem to be 3 times the work they are at the beach. I think that inner chamber seal is just cheaper and lets a lot more air go past it. Pumped my 12M all week without issue and didn't seem any harder than a sea level 80 degree day inflation, which was a surprise as I was at 10,000' in -10 F. Worth the extra size to fly with that pump for sure.
I suspect you are home now, but I hope you bought the mega pump from the local instructor.
