Please don't.
If you are doing this at any of the beaches I ride at I am positive the locals will ask you to leave.
please consider the consequences of your actions

body drag away from the beach and practice all that stuff in a few feet in the water
I have heard that it doesn't hurt quite as much if you crash in the water instead of the parking lot

This one had to do with strong winds, he was not practicing tricks on the beach.
For tricks : only in the water as everybody else says!!

I don't know in really light winds a small kite and with an empty beach practicing on the beach can be a really good way to gain the muscle memory to build up to handle passes etc...just don't be an idiot about it.

look for a hsallow area nd do it there...the water is a needed buffer to keep you alive and free from injuries.
Remember. all most all bad accidents and fatalities are on land...
