15 days of travel , warm, good intensity of wind .
locations visited : Venezuela ( adicora-margarita-coche ) , Fuerteventura , Sud Africa , Egitto .

I like to add "Penghu-Taiwan" on the list. The best months are Oct. to Dec. (because only 3 months are allowed）

The wind is strong (15-35 knot) and water is warm (20-29 C). The data are based on the statistics of Windguru.

There has been hardly any thing posted about the Caribbean.
St. Kitts and Nevis have an incredible windy season which starts in November and lasts all the way into August. It's not the strongest of winds ,most days range between 16 to 20knots, but very consistent and steady wind from sunrise till sunset.
St. Kitts also offers a variety of spots just a few minutes drive from each other. Turtle beach is very beginner friendly. Marriott beach offers more flat water condition and the possibility to kite upwind and explore other stunning beaches. North friar bay is great for anyone looking for surf as it delivers big waves pretty much every day.

one from may until October and one other from mid December until mid March

So nearly 9 months of wind.
