Bit of help please - If you had a week to learn kiteboarding in Thailand in July, where would be the best place to go????

July is not that great in Thailand.

The prime season in Thailand is from February-May. Right now it is great. Hua Hin has wind from November-May. Pattaya also has wind during this period, but it is usually not as strong. Pattaya has wind from May-Sept, but is not that consistent.

Try contacting PAscal from cuttlebone.net he has kite schools in koh-phan gan and hua-hin plus he's a great guy, he helped me a lot last march when I went there
