Anyone been to Ras Sudr in July-August? I know it's hot but the wind stats look good and the kiting looks like a lot of fun.

No, but I've been in October and November ... v good wind then it's supposed to be better in the summer. I wouldn't think the heat would be too much of an issue as there's so little humidity it's pretty comfortable.

Been there twice. June/July not too much wind - we had 10 days hardly strong enough for 16m! Heat is almost impssible to handle, you cannot walk on sna das it burns your feet! 40C +
September/October is your best bet to get good wind
