Going on my first out of Utah kiting/ overall vacation to Puerto Vallarta, I am a bit torn to bring my gear or just my kites and figure it out with the board situation. I know there is a good spot for wind in Bucerias but is there any real kiting in Puerto Vallarta. Any locals want to show me around?
