Good place for kitesurfing. Live here from January. 80% time used 9-12 sqm kites, some times 17 sqm Blade Fat Lady. Have a lot of place whith different conditions - waves, flat water. Very good for lern!

We rent a big house for 12000 TBt(400 usd) per month. Last time we live in cheap Gest for 130 use per m. Us u wish. So match house for rent from 400-500 use and more. Rent a bike 60 usd/m. Rent car 400-… usd/m. Thai food from 1 usd(rice+meat+veget), Europ food from 5-10 usd(Pizza, Pasta, salad, Soups and so on). We live here 6 months. 1 time - 30 day free tourist visa, then we go to Malasya by car( u can by bus, train, plane). Easy to make visa in laos. 2 day trip in Vienten by bus(cost 800 TBt - 1 way), 2000 Tbt - visa for 6 months(2+1,2+1). After 2 m u need pay fees 1900 TBt, and befo next 2+1 u need visa run(go to border and re enter). Nj problem - we travel by car and so some interesting around the way to Laos and Malasya.
