Best thing that I can suggest is call a store that sells a lot of Makos and a lot of travel bags. A few years ago I ordered a Dakine FX travel bag from Windance in Hood River for my 150. I don't think that bag is made any longer.
Ask the staff to put a 150 in the bag to verify.

I got an Ion 2 + 4 and it fits a mako 150 and a duke

Thanks for responses... I just got the NSI Deceiver and its a PERFECT fit for the 150 Mako. A couple cm to spare too! No need to remove the straps at all. Fins are fine also but I will remove those so they don't rip holes, etc.
