We have been to Venezuela , Fuerteventura , south africa , egypt .
Now we think of Mexico , Zanzibar , Kenya , Boa vista .... accept tips !

Why not try the Cyclades Greece, several good kite centers and or secluded bays/beaches. Always a lot of wind and fantastic clear water. February is not the warmest month but still good.
