I have not kited either location. I am a decent rider looking for more flat water freeriding (not a big wave rider).
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Just back from Punta Cana today. Playa Blanca between Club Med & The Westin Hotelnis a great flat water spot!

I can comment on Puerto Rico - There are a few good flat water spots. Feb is a good time to get the best consistent winter trade winds. Rio Grande in the north and La Parguera / Guayama in the South. Rio Grande is about a 30 min drive from San Juan and Guayama is about 1 to 2 hours pending traffic each way.splitwind wrote:I have not kited either location.
