Folly beach
Sullivan's island -by concrete dome house, 28 1/2
Isle of palms
Depending on wind direction and how close it spots are to where you stay.
If you have a boat some good potential in the harbor, Morris island, sand bars etc.
For me mainly it would be folly beach but isle of palms also can offers waves/downwinders

A small clarification might help to endear you to the fine folks down south. Charleston is a beautiful historic town in SC. Charlestown would be in RI. +1 for Folly beach.
