Hello everybody I would like to ask you what spot would you recommend for kitesurfing in waves ( real waves not small shore break) in January till mid March?
I have done research but would like to get first hand info
My first choice was Peru but I am not sure about the wind at that time. I would be very thankful for any advice
Best regards

You could also check out Kingfisher Pagudpud Ilocos Norte Philippines. Northern Philippines is know for sick wave conditions (8m waves is not exceptional) with winds from 20 to 45+ kts. I seriously can reccomend this area of the Philies.
