Oman - Masirah Island.
Flat Water several Wave Spots, all you are looking for.
July: Very strong winds. 30-45 knots are quite common. - Seriously!
See you there!

just launched a new kitesurfing podcast "Here Be Dragons". Podcast will come out every second week and we will cover the more "unusual" kitesurfing spots.
First episode covers the Cocos-Keeling Islands , next episode will cover Masirah Island in Oman, coming out on the 23rd of April
I have been to Masirah myself and can only agree with Alex
We can subscribe to the podcast on:
Itunes: ... mpt=uo%3D4

or go directly to the website

Suggestions about future destination that we should cover, are always welcome
