Planning a kite trip to Caribbean for beginning of December. I heart it is rainy on that season on some web sites. Some says it is nice in that season.
Anyone knows that region and could make some recommendations for spots with flat water, sandy beach, nice windy weather for beginning of December?
Which island/region is best for these?
