Been looking to go to Brazil last two weeks of august.
Just wandering if the winds are good, or is it to early?
Also which spots have a combination of flat water, and waves?
I ride mainly strapless freestyle.

Been looking at plane tickets to Fortaleza, and they are crazy expensive. 1400€ from Norway...
Is there a cheaper way on getting there from Europe?
