Italy has some nice spots and is warmer than anything in North Europe.
Shallow spots are:
Porto Botte and Punta Trettu, both on Sardinia.
Lo Stagnione on Sicily.
But Egypt would be a good alternative, El Gouna recommended.

Hi,
Southern Sardinia is not yet widely considered but is one of the best places in Europe for Kitesurfing:
- Great kite spots for all levels,
- super wind and weather statistics.
You can find very useful information for Kitesurfing Sardinia (e.g., Sardinia Kite Spots, Winds, Kite schools) on these links:
Enjoy Kitesurfing, always
Ciao
