I will go to Cannes for a week leaving july 23rd and want to know if any of you can give me info on what rules and restrictions there are concerning Kite Surfing on the beaches around Cannes.
Are there any beaches where it is not allowed and if so what beaches is it allowed on?
How far is it go get to beaches where it is allowed?
